I wanted to take a minute to tell you about Dolphin PTR. They payout .5 to 2 cents per 30 second to 90 second email. They are sending about 15 emails per day. They also have a decent referral program. I receive %10 of each direct referrals earnings. So far I have been paid $31.39. Join now to get paid to read emails and earn money from affiliates.

So the other I was surfing over at Traffic Swarm racking up some points. I ran across this advertisement for Yuwie, a new social networking site. The premise is that you sign up, create a profile, and surf the site and you get paid a portion of the sites profit. For every 1000 page views, you get a portion of the profit. I don’t know about you, but I probably only rack up 1000 page views per month. But for those of you who are really in Myspace or Facebook, you guys could probably rack up 1000 page views a week.
Some of the features that your Yuwie account will have are blogging, messaging, and groups; adding friends, pictures, and photos; listening to music, and a referral. So the more of your friends that you refer surf, the more you earn. It is totally free to sign up. Membership is open to people worldwide.
Now, there are only two drawbacks I have found so far. First, the site has a fairly regular rotation of pop-up ads. I use Ubuntu, a linux OS, for most of my regular computing. Additionally I use the latest version of Firefox. In my experience, Firefox catches %95 of the pop-ups. So definitely make sure you are using the latest version of your favorite browser. Second, the site uses a fairly heavy rotation transition ad pages. For example, lets say I was reading my messages. When I leave my email console to another part of the website, the next page that is shown is an ad. You have the choice to do something with the ad, say clicking on the sponsors link, or you have the option of skipping the ad. About %99 of the time I just hit skip ad.
The best part of using this site to earn a little extra money is this, their affiliate program. Their affiliate program pay out ten levels deep. They claim you can make up to $.50 per 1000 page views. I am very skeptical about that. I am guessing it is around as the site grows and matures, it will come in somewhere around $.10 and .$15 per 1000. So for arguments sake, lets say it is $.10/1000 page views. If you refer 3 people, and they refer 3 people until you get to 10 levels deep, you “could” make approximately $2047. This example assumes 1000 page views x 3 referrals x 10 levels. Unless you know the people you are referring personally, I would venture to say you could probably make about %10 of that. There are going to be a lot of people who join and don’t do anything with it. But this is definitely not one to pass up. Check out Yuwie to see why people love this site and get paid to set up their profile, join groups, browse other members, and listen to music.

Getting Started With Paid To Read Emails
Not too long ago I saw an ad that touted I could make money online just by reading emails. I was thinking to myself, “Yeah right, get paid cash to read emails“. But I knew that it was possible to earn points towards redeeming prizes. So I signed up for a few. Well they weren’t lying. You can earn money by reading emails. Not only that, but I am living proof of that. Here is how it works:
- You sign up for the Paid to Read program, more commonly referred to as PTR. All of the ones I have found are free.
- You decide to either have the program deliver emails to your personal email account or to the sites inbox. I recommend having them sent to your email account. This makes sure you see that you have PTR emails waiting.
- You open the PTR email and click on the highlighted link.
- Once you click on the link, a new page or tab will open up. At that point the top frame will show a timer and the bottom frame will show the web page.
- Take a look at what’s on the page and once the timer is done counting down, you will be credited for that visit.
- You are credited anywhere between 1/4 cent to 3 cents per email. You can generally cash out after $2.00.
It really is that simple! I know what you are saying, the emails don’t pay much at all. And you are right, you won’t make a lot of money fast. But it is ez-internet-money. The following is a list of how much ez internet-money I earned between September 6th, 2009 and October 11th, 2009.
- Dolphin PTR $9.24
- Balloon Mails 2.76
- ADS NET $1.47
- Classical Mail $.92
- Matrix Mail $.42
- Hits 4 Pay $10.18
- Word Linx $.11
The grand total for the five weeks is $25.10. To be honest, this figure isn’t a true representation of earnings potential. Not all sites were subscribed to five weeks ago. Some have only be active for a week. At this rate I will have earned $261.04 for the year. The sites that I signed up for were simply chosen because I found them first. I have found over 35 different PTR sites. If you were to extrapolate this figure, it would be feasible to earn $125 a month.
As you can plainly see, $125/month does not equate to a full time job. But don’t let that stop you from signing up. Each of the above sites offers an affiliate plan. What this means is that if you refer someone to the program, you ear a percentage of what they make. Most of them are %10. Some programs pay you 5 levels deep. For example, if I refer ten people earning %10 of their earnings, I have made equal to the amount I earned by my own clicks. If you continue that out to the 2nd or 3rd level, you can estimate the earnings potential from the exponential amount of referrals that are possible.
I’ll go into depth about how to maximize your earnings with these PTR programs in a later blog. So either book mark this site or add the RSS feed to your reader. I share everything I find freely and openly. No news letter that you will be spammed with. Until next time, best of luck in all of your endeavors.
